Caldera Contours

Capture the hypnotic energy of a Mediterranean twilight with this stunning, highly textured original square painting by South Devon artist Pam Neaves. Inspired by her travels, this vibrant mixed-media collage features classic Greek architecture of the Caldera—including signature whitewashed arches, domes, and church bells—set against a dramatic cliffside skyline of Santorini. Pam Neaves expertly balances graphic precision with complex, tactile layers of acrylic paint, ink, and hand-worked paper fragments sourced from her own photography and printmaking developments. The electric colour palette instantly commands attention, clashing an intense, deep turquoise Aegean sky against a glowing violet and magenta horizon to beautifully replicate the magical golden hour of a Santorini sunset. Perfect as a striking focal point for any home or office
